As part of the workshop “Colour your food”, our nutritionist Martina describes how we can recognise the benefits of a certain food based on its shape, colour and cultivation method. In “Tips to go” she shares quick recipes for a healthy snack as well as a nutritious meal and demonstrates exercises for inner peace and relaxation that can easily be incorporated into our everyday (work) life.
